Many thanks to Alex Chalk who has volunteered to support speakers with their audio and visual needs when presenting to our Club. Please support Alex in providing him the information he may need as you help arrange and invite speakers. That information includes such things as the type of presentation they will provide and any equipment they may need, whether they have a video or other item that requires audio speakers, how they will provide their presentation such as emailing it in advance to Alex or bringing a flash drive with the presentation or using their own laptop on it. It is good to confirm even if they need no support. This will help make Alex's support much easier.
