A Successful Start for Shoes for Kids!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our members and community, our waffle breakfast fundraiser was a resounding success! After covering expenses, we raised an impressive $4,060.20—a fantastic kickoff to our Shoes for Kids project!
With these funds, we’re thrilled to donate 100 pairs of shoes to the Marion Cares Backpack program this year! The shoes will be ordered in July and delivered in August, ensuring local children have the footwear they need for the school year ahead.
