Marion-East Cedar Rapids Rotary again participates in the Marion Swamp Fox Parade, September 30, 2017 with the float featuring their Shoes for Kids program. Over 5600 pairs of shoes have been provided, primarily through school nurses to kids who were footwear challenged. It was a beautiful day as Rotarians and their families handed out candy to a large crowd of parade watchers. MORE PHOTOS
