This interactive workshop focuses on how effective leaders influence and
involve others in establishing a clear vision and setting appropriate goals.
Steps to construct a "vision audit," develop a fresh vision statement and
create both short-term and long-term strategic goals will be presented with
engaging presentation. The new or reinforced skills presented in the
workshop can be applied in non-profit organizations, businesses and even
personal lives.
