January 6, 2026 – Speaker Recap:

January 6th, our club welcomed Brit Wilson, owner of 3 Nails Construction, who shared an inspiring look at the personal journey that shaped both his life and his business.

Brit grew up in Cedar Rapids and spoke candidly about the challenges he faced early on, the missteps that tested him, and the pivotal turning point that reshaped his priorities. Through that period of reflection came a renewed focus on faith, family, integrity, and purposeful work—values that continue to guide him today.

Those experiences eventually led Brit into the construction trades, where he gained hands‑on experience across multiple areas of residential building and remodeling. After years of working for others, he made the decision to start his own company—one built around quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and a commitment to never cutting corners. His goal is simple: deliver work he can stand behind while maintaining a business that supports the kind of family life he values.
