Rotary Leadership Program boosts youth

It's intense. It's inspiring. But most of all, the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) program provides participants with a full week of fun activities that promote leadership and personal development. Tailored for individuals between the ages of 19 and 25, RYLA offers participants interesting seminars and dynamic events to boost leadership training and experiences in western New York. Successful applicants have the opportunity to reside in a dorm at the State University of New York, College at Fredonia, meet new people and develop life management skills.
