The Rotary Club of Ventura South will hold its 30th Annual Trivia Challenge on Wednesday, November 7, at the Tower Club in Oxnard. The event, which begins at 6:00 p.m., raises funds for the Ventura County Library's Adult Literacy Program.

With a format similar to the TV game show Jeopardy, Trivia Challenge is a general knowledge game in which three-person teams are asked questions in a variety of categories. Points are awarded for correct answers, and teams with the most points win. Team categories include Youth (under 25), Service Club (Rotary, Kiwanis, etc.), Business, and Community.

Entry fees are $375 per team ($300 before October 24). Individuals can pay $125 ($100 before October 24) and will be placed on a team or teamed up with other individuals. Businesses or individuals are welcome to sponsor a team and will be recognized in the evening's program. All fees are tax deductible.
