Midge Stork announced that our raffle prize today was a 1 hour massage from Massage Envy donated by Laura Shannon.
Dr Rafael Canton delivered our joke of the day followed by John Borneman who led us in our song of the day.
President Harriet read a Thank You card from the YMCA for our donation to Operation Ventura. President Harriet also read to letters, one in memory of Bob Pazen from Chris and Barbara Battleson and from Barbara Miester who donated $50 in memory of Bob to our Foundation.
President Harriet told us that Amber Stevens was not at our meeting today because Amber is moving into her new house. (Sounds like a fine is coming!!!)
Tom Swan let us know that there was an article about people who suffered from the fires and ways that they can take loans or withdrawals from their 401K's interest free.
Laura Shannon spoke about the duty roster and how people are not stepping up to help out with our weekly meetings.
Jordan Eller announced that scholarship applications are being accepted now and applications can be filled out online for the first time this year.
President Harriet spoke about the clean-up day at the Cross that Melody O'Leary-Namikas arranged. Rich Stewart, President Harriet and Bruce McGee all came out to help.
President Harriet also let us know that the St Patrick's Day Parade will be on March 17th.
