Laura Shannon led us in the Flag Salute.

The Inspirational Message was delivered by Jeff Hata.

President Husam thanked the club for a great year

Our raffle prize was a gift card to Cafe Fiore donated by Bill Gray.

President Husam reminded us that we will be dark next we because of the Step Down Dinner at the Tower Club.

Guests and visiting Rotarians today were:

Rosanna Colin President of the Rotary Club of Ventura-South.

Michelle Cekov had Jeanette and Indiana from GoCare Nicaragua as her guests today.

Indiana thanked the club for the money we gave to her for her son.

Jeannette gave a recap on our projects. Jeannette is a Rotarian in Nicaragua.

Jeanette gave a big thank you to the club of all the ongoing support for their projects. This year they will serve 2,600 kids and adults about double last year. GoCare will also complete the construction on their new vocational center.

People are seeing how life has changed and are noticing the difference. Thank you for everything!

President Husam said that the attire for the step down is business.

Bill Gray said that the RCVE Foundation approved the $50,000 grant to the Rotary Project at the Botanical Gardens.

Todd Juvonen reminded us that the Community Service meeting will be next Wednesday at 5:30. Amber Stevens will be Community Service Director for 2017-18

Jeff Burgh said that the VCMC has had it's ribbon cutting.
