Past President and President Elect, Jeff Hata, led our meeting today. President Harriet was enjoying the sun and warmth of Hawaii this week!
 
The Flag Salute was delivered by Laura Shannon.

Guests and visiting Rotarians. Guest of Joe Strohman was Joe's daughter, Marie. Visiting from the Rotary Club of Ventura-South was Peter McClintock.
 
John Borneman led us in our song of the day.
 
Jeff Hata thanked Tom Hashbarger for taking attendance and Kathy McGee for greeting today.
 
Judy Hoag let us know that Bill Klope took a spill and in Community Memorial Hosiptal, room 423.
 
Jeff Hata invited the club to attend the social at Cryoworks. 
 
The 2018-19 Board Retreat will be May 19th from 10:00 - 1:00 with a club social following from 1:00 - 4:00. The location will be 3200 Golf Course Drive in Ventura.
 
D.G. John Weiss' Step Down Luncheon will be on June 16th at the Santa Ynez Marriott. It will be good to have a presence from our club.
 
April 20 - 22 will be a Master PRLS Weekend at the Four Points Sheraton in Bakersfield. The cost for the classes is $250, but the club pays for that. All you will have to pay for is your hotel and meals.
 
President Harriet's Step Down is June 30th at the Saticoy Country Club.
 
July 4th is quickly coming...preparations for the Push-em Pull-em parade will be starting soon.
 
Todd Juvonen let us know that the invoice for our monthly bills have changed and the total balance of your invoice is now on your invoice.
 
Jordan Eller let us know that we have received 1 application for scholarships.
 
Amber Stevens showed a video for A Night to Remember. We have volunteer opportunities. If you are interested, let Amber know.
 
Amber also let us know about Healthy Kids Day at the YMCA on April 21st. We will also be making blankets at the YMCA that day to donate to the City Center.
