Partners in Education, Program Services Manager
Erika Terrazas is the Program Services Manager at Partners in Education, a nonprofit that works to improve education by connecting businesses and volunteers with schools and youth-focused organizations. Erika grew up in Santa Barbara, benefiting from Partners in Education programming since elementary. She received a computer from Computers for Families as well as job readiness training and an internship. She attended Santa Barbara City College, pursuing business as her major, and then transferred to California State University, Northridge to complete her B.A in Business Management. After graduating college in 2016, she started her career with Partners in Education as an Assistant to Executive Director and Board Liaison, then became a Development Associate and then transitioned to her current role as Program Services Manager. Erika is very involved in education and is the co-president for the English Language Advisory Council (ELAC) committee at San Marcos High School to support her niece’s education.
