Butterflies Alive!

Kim Zsembik is a self-described “Butterfly Wrangler” but her official title is Senior Manager of Guest Experiences and Butterfly Pavilion at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History. She will share the beauty of the exhibit and what it takes to make it so special from mail ordering butterflies from Costa Rica, hot gluing the chrysalis in the emergence chamber to releasing the beautiful butterflies in the Pavilion for our enjoyment. 

Our club meetings are held both in person and in a virtual format.

IN PERSON

Meetings are held in person at the Santa Barbara Club with a breakfast buffet. (Fresh fruit and baked breads, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, and coffee!) Fee to attend: $25.
