The Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Sunrise welcomed its newest member, Molly Morrison!
We look forward to Molly’s contributions of skills, experience, and enthusiasm to make a difference in our communities at home and on a global scale. Together, we can provide lasting solutions for communities fighting disease, hunger, illiteracy, and poverty.
Molly states, "Rotary is an amazing organization which I have been unknowingly waiting to be a part of; a Rotarian's dedication towards community, equality and civic service are values that I consider to be above all. I am thrilled to start this chapter of my life, and am so happy that I get to spend it with Santa Barbara Sunrise!"
Please welcome Molly warmly, get to know her at the club meetings or by taking her to lunch, or inviting her to join you in a service project or social activity.
Molly’s sponsor is Diana Cecala and her mentor is Kathy Scroggs. Welcome, Molly!

ROTARY PIN CHALLENGE - Week 49
The butterfly is a symbol of transformation because of its impressive process of metamorphosis. Our Rotary club will soon go through a metamorphosis of its own as the Rotary year comes to a close and we look forward to the next.
I have challenged myself to wear my Rotary pin EVERY day. By doing this I hope to raise awareness of Rotary and Rotary's work. I invite all Sunrise Rotarians to join me in wearing a Rotary pin EVERY day.
