Mobility Restored for 90 People in La Desembocada.

Ninety individuals in the rural community of La Desembocada, near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, recently received a life-changing gift of mobility. For many, this is the first time they have been able to leave their homes without assistance, attend school, visit friends, or take part in daily life with dignity.

This first distribution is part of a larger initiative that will provide a total of 280 wheelchairs to people in need across the region through the Wheelchair Foundation and Pledge to Humanity.

The project is funded by Club Rotario Puerto Vallarta Sur and the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Sunrise Charitable Foundation.
