Bruce Belfiore was elected PEN for the 2023-24 Rotary year.
We are pleased to announce the election of Bruce Belfiore as club president in 2023-24 Rotary year.
The President Elect Nominee (PEN) is selected by way of a committee made up of past presidents. This committee was convened by the immediate past president, Sandra O’Meara, and consisted of 15 past presidents.
Hannah Rael is currently serving as club president. Judith McCaffrey is President Elect and will serve beginning July 1, 2022. Bruce’s term will begin July 1, 2023.
Bruce is CEO and Senior Research Executive of BenchmarkPortal, which provides benchmarking, training and certification services to the contact center industry. Bruce hosts the monthly online radio show “CallTalk”, which discusses hot-button issues with contact center industry experts.
Bruce has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Sunrise since 2006. Over the years he has served on the club’s Board of Directors and is currently the Programs Chair.
He lives in Santa Barbara, is married to Gloria Cavallero, and has two adult children, Siana and William.
