Judith McCaffrey leads the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Sunrise as its 2022-23 President.
Judith Cook McCaffrey has been elected President of the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Sunrise for the 2022-2023 year. She will begin her term on July 1. Judith has been a member of the Rotary Club since 1995, and has served in a variety of leadership positions over the years including President in 1999-2000. 
“Serving as President for the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Sunrise is a true honor!  I love my community and being a member of Rotary has allowed me to join with other like-minded people to give back to our community and the world through a variety of service projects.” said McCaffrey.
McCaffrey is retired after 20 years with the City of Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation Department. Prior to that, Judith worked for the local Girl Scout organization and for the Educational Foundation for Foreign Study. She also volunteers for other local non-profits including Old Spanish Days Fiesta and the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
