President Bruce introduced his board of directors and committee chairs who will join him in leading our club to Create Hope in the World in the 2023-24 year.

President Bruce shared his goals and objectives:
- Create Hope through our club activities and our personal interactions;
- Have Fun building friendships;
- Swim through Italy;
- Build on what we have now and in the pipeline;
- Objective of net increase of 5-6 members.
President Bruce described the new Resource Person responsibilities:
- Facilitate proper use of District dashboard
- Remind us of RI and District policies
- Help with job descriptions for club positions
- Keep the President on track
He also shared he will continue with traditions from the prior years:
- His version of the weekly punch card will be Punch and Parlare (swim and shout).
- He wishes to continue members gathering together, A Tavola Insieme (together around the table)
- A Rotarian of the Month will be recognized.
- He hopes the Kule Klub ukelele group will continue to bring music to our club meetings.
- He will continue to provide the hybrid meeting format.
