Club Assembly

A strategic plan for the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Sunrise is intended to provide a roadmap to guide current and future club leadership in their decision process when planning and managing the club during their tenure. Setting strategic priorities is an important part of the planning process.

The club assembly will focus on identifying the primary strategic priorities deemed essential to maintaining a healthy and vibrant club. Members will hear inputs from the strategic planning sub-committee and each attending member will have the opportunity to share their ideas for the purpose of producing a three year strategic plan that represents the desires of our Club’s membership.
