Mission Creek Lagoon Cleanup

Let's kick off summer beach season by keeping our sea litter free!  On June 2nd, join us from 10-noon at the Mission Creek Lagoon (near the East Beach Skate Park) to lend a hand cleaning up the beach and creek mouth.  It's a great way to hang out with fellow creek enthusiasts and contribute to the stewardship of this iconic Santa Barbara urban watershed, and we look forward to seeing you there!  

Mission Creek Lagoon is SBUCC's Adopt-a-Beach site, as part of a Coastal Commission program (administered in SB by the City Creeks Division) to steward California's beaches.  Learn more about Adopt-a-Beach here. 

All ages welcome- minors will need a waiver signed by a parent (please let us know if we need to send you a copy of the waiver beforehand).  This is another way to show Rotary's concern for the environment.  Wear your dolphin headband if you dare!
