Team Rotary: Holiday Party at Camp Whittier

Holiday Party with Santa at Camp Whittier Dining Hall & Canyon Lodge

United Boys & Girls Clubs of SB County

Friday, 2:30 - 5:30: Help decorate the dining hall and set up a Gingerbread Forest at the North Pole and Santa's Workshop in the Canyon Lodge.  Light to medium lifting is involved.

Saturday, 1:00 - 4:30pm: Need elves to help hand out gifts to the Club's Kids after they meet with Santa.  Holiday sweaters and other festive attire is encouraged.  Assistance at the end of the event for cleanup is needed.

They would like a list of volunteers, so please forward your interest (day and time) to me and I will provide them with the list.  They have 5 spots available for Set up on Friday afternoon and 8 spots available Saturday 12/7.

We have a wonderful relationship with UBGCSBC, so let's have a good turnout for this activity.  I'm sure it will be very heartwarming as well.
