Team Rotary: CARE4Paws Happy Trails Gala

Event Setup & Support:

Help set up the venue, decorate for the event, greet guests, and monitor the parking area.

Check In/Out & Guest Assistance:

Guide event attendees, answer questions, and hand out programs, as well as be the friendly face of our organization.

Servers:

Provide hors d'oeuvres and cocktails to guests.

Auction Monitors:

Help with silent auctions, raffle ticket sales, and other fundraising initiatives.

Event Wrap-Up:

Help with taking down the venue after the event.
