Jill’s place is a locals spot with an interesting history. The location was once Shalhoob Meat Company back in 1973. His daughter Jill took over the store in 1987 and started a deli & catering Company, then a restaurant and soon became Jill’s Place, the butchers daughter! This is Santa Barbara’s version of Cheers.
