Join us on May 16 as our club cares for one of Santa Barbara’s most treasured spaces, Alice Keck Park Memorial Garden. Volunteers of all experience levels are welcome to lend a hand. Parks staff will provide guidance as we assist with pruning, mulching, deadheading, and weeding, helping to beautify and support this beloved park.
This project is part of Rotary’s EPIC Day of Service, a collaborative effort bringing together volunteers across District 5240 to address local community needs and highlight the impact of Rotary service.
This is also a wonderful opportunity to showcase Rotary in action, so please feel free to invite family, friends, and prospective members to join us for this meaningful morning of service.
Time: Arrive at 8:30 a.m.
What to bring: Sun protection, water, and gloves or pruning shears (shovels will also be available). Coffee and pastries will be provided.
RSVP: Diana Washburn at dianajeansb@gmail.com
We hope you’ll join us for this impactful and enjoyable morning of service!
