RCOW Annual Halloween Party 2016

RCOW Member Marian and husband Ernest Niglio opened their beautiful home to host the annual Halloween Party. Many thanks to our hosts and the members who attended, wore a costume and brought food to the potluck! It was a great evening and Steve Adams captured it all in these photos.
