Montecito Firefighters' Association's Fourth of July Pancake Breakfast
We work behind the scenes at the Montecito Fire Department’s annual 4th of July Breakfast preparing pancake batter for the firefighters working on the “front line” - the flattops where sausage is grilled and pancakes are cooked.

Backpack Give Back
We partner with the Montecito YMCA to assist struggling households by providing children with backpacks and school supplies at the start of each school year.

SBCC Vocational Scholarships
Our club has a proud tradition of more than 25 years of scholarship support for students enrolled in the Santa Barbara City College vocational programs.

Montecito Beautification
Trash pickup may not be glamourous, but it’s a great way to ensure the beauty of our community, and a surprisingly fun way to spend time with other civic-minded people.

Community Grants
Every year we award grants to local nonprofits to support their work in Montecito and beyond. Grants provide funding for projects as varied as trail restoration or education to prevent human trafficking.

International Projects
We have a longstanding partnership with the Rotary Club of Bukavu-Mumosho in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Together we provide funding and supplies for the Congo Peace School, a one-of-a-kind school serving 400 students, providing a life-changing education rooted in peace and nonviolence. The school is an investment in a peaceful future, where students learn computer skills in a lab powered by solar energy, and receive training in sustainable agriculture.

Community Service Awards
We recognize the unsung heroes of our community through our annual Community Service Awards.

Polio Eradication
Like all Rotary Club we raise funds for the eradication of polio, an audacious international goal that requires coordination with hundreds of public and private agencies, as well as on-the-ground inoculations of children worldwide.
