Helping veterans experiencing food insecurity or homelessness.

Vina Fryer, a senior at Morro Bay High School, conducted a study that involved interviewing numerous veterans and Veterans Affairs (VA) personnel to identify veterans experiencing food insecurity or homelessness.

As part of her project, she created a three-section pamphlet providing information on where veterans can access healthy food and find housing resources.

She would like to share what she discovered and hopes her work can help connect veterans with the resources they need.
