What is SLOCCF?

Barry told us about their scholarship program and how they help people that show true potential as leaders for tomorrow. He also mention a reading prgram, 'Raising a Reader' aiding children to read at the third grade level by the time they are in third grade. This is a project that a service organization such as Rotary could do in Los Osos. Barry also said that there is a foundation set-up for the sewer project to help Los Osos residents that cannot afford the costs.
