Marshall E Ochylski

Marshall has been a Los Osos 'local' for the past 38 years where he has been involved in girls sports, softball, Little League and coached at Mission School.  He has been a volunteer, board member & chairman on various committees. As the chairman of the Morro Bay Estuary Program, Marshall learned how the Los Osos septic tanks/systems have leached into the bay and how it affects the marine life.  Marshall concerns are keeping and maintaining sustainable water for Los Osos, keeping the CSD financially stable and work on a new committee to promote parks.
