Bacon-Wrapped Scallops, Large bay scallops, charbroiled and basted in BBQ sauce

Artichoke Hearts, Lightly floured and deep-fried, topped with drawn butter and parmesan cheese

Creole Fried Calamari Buttermilk-marinated calamari with a Creole seasoning

Cajun-coconut, Beer Battered Shrimp Served with a sweet and tangy sauce
