The Rotary Club of Grover Beach - Five Cities will be providing a free BBQ for attendees of the annual Halloween Carnival at Ramona Garden Park on Halloween evening. Volunteers are needed from 4:30 until approximately 6:30. Come check out the little Goblins and Ghouls while doing a good deed!
