Richard & Carol Roberts RV Trip

Richard and Carol, introduced by Sandy Nichols, presented a pictorial review of a five week RV trip they took last fall. There route included visits to a series of falls along the Snake River in Idaho; Jackson, Wyoming; Tetons National Park, Yellowstone NP, Cody Wyoming for a visit to a great museum, Buffalo Bill Cody with five main areas: Buffalo Bill's life and times, masterworks of western art, Plains Indian lore, Museum of Natural History and the Cody Museum of Firearms. Definitely a place to visit.

From Cody, they visited the Custer Battlefield in Montana, Mt. Rushmore, SD, the Badlands, and across the corn, soy, Milo and wheat fields of Iowa and Illinois. They managed to visit the Hoover Presidential Museum in Wild Branch Iowa, the LincolnMuseum in Springfield, IL, the TrumanMuseum in IndependenceMO and the EisenhowerMuseum in Abilene, KS.

They saw some of America's most beautiful country; rivers, falls, plains, grand mountains, forests, hot springs, fumaroles, geysers, acres and acres, miles and miles of corn and soy crops, farm lands, wild animals, beautiful cliffs and natural monuments. They also marveled over four presidential museums: Hoover, Lincoln, Truman and Eisenhower. What a privilege to delve and explore into their lives, the history and the times they lived.
