Club Visioning Program – Chuck Anders

Lisa Evan introduced Chuck Anders, president of Strategic Initiatives, a consulting firm that specializes in using technology for strategic planning and issue resolution. He is a licensed PE, has been Assistant Director of Arizona DOT. He moved to AG in 1997 with wife, six dogs, five llamas, and numerous birds, cats, and goats.

Chuck worked with Lisa to develop questions about club activities and future direction for the club. The questions were asked and quickly individually answered by each club member. The answers were anonymous and immediately tabulated. The results of the voting clearly showed the direction the membership felt the club should move, what the membership felt worked best and worst regarding past club functions.

The process was painless and very productive, arguably the most productive 20 minutes the club has spent laying out future direction.
