Club Assembly
President Cavanaugh called the Club Assembly to order. Purpose is to discuss Club activities and financial status. Our attendance goal is 100%, but 80% is achievable. All should help meet this goal. A Club organization chart was distributed.
Secretary Mary Mylan: will be managing fine status closer, will coordinate with fine master, will be able to determine status via web site; will link those who miss meeting with one for makeup on line; happy bucks are considered a fine; Articles of Incorporation have been sent and are being processed by the Secretary of State; a non profit, 501 (c) (4) corporation- donations are not tax deductible except as a business expense. The BOD is considering a 501(c)(3) foundation in the future, donations are tax deductible.
Treasurer- Regina Sheldon: Operating budget $7,000-8,000. Have $5,200 towards pavilion project; keeping track of Paul Harris accounts.
Administration- Sandy Nichols: we had 75% attendance in November. Need to do better. Please do make-ups at local Clubs, attend events, attend board meetings or make-up on line. Weekly programs are doing well. Looking for suggested speakers.
Club Service- Terry
Membership- Jamie Clark: We currently have 23 members; need two more to survive; more would be better.
Public Relations: Mike Balster: Club listed in two newspaper directories; reviewing locating a Rotary sign at 4th Street entrance; articles in newspaper; Club banners for public events; 4 Way Test awards in future; helping members utilize web site; weekly bulletin; others read our bulletin.

International Services- Scott Nichols: water wells in
Foundation: Three members are Paul Harris Society members, a $1,000 per year commitment; members are encouraged to donate $125 per year to RI over and above other assessments.
