Bankruptcy 101!

Attorney Jerry Namba visited the club on October 23rd and gave an informative talk about bankruptcy law, different kinds of bankruptcy, and BK trends in our local area.  Jerry explained the role of the trustee and attorney, ramifications of filing, and impacts upon the creditor.  A very interesting topic indeed!  Thank you Jerry for an informative and entertaining morning!
