On Friday the 7th the Rotary Club of China Lake and Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Indian Wells Valley celebrated the Holidays! Members and guests gathered at the Saint-Amand’s house for an evening of feasting, fellowship, and fun.

Oven-roasted Tri-Tip was provided, and the side dishes, salads, and deserts were pot-luck. Some even brought a bottle of their favorite beverage. Everything was delicious!
After sharing the Holiday meal, attendees enjoyed quiet conversation and music while awaiting the traditional Favorite Sweater contest and the Yankee Swap (aka White Elephant Gift Exchange).

Christmas-themed sweaters were everywhere in evidence. A secret vote was taken and the three finalists were announced. Third-Place went to Ricca, Second-Place went to Chris and Gina, and the First-Place winners were Sean and Eric!
Immediately after was the Yankee Gift Swap. The swap was fun and the after-swap trading made sure everyone got something they enjoyed.
