The Rotary Club of China Lake has been a 100% PHF Club every year since the introduction of that recognition by Rotary International, an achievement that few other clubs, among the more than 32,000 clubs world-wide, can claim.  With our Club’s total giving since 1951 approaching a half-million dollars, there was much to celebrate!

A big ‘Thank You’ to Betty Miller for making the Center Pieces and setting up the venue, and to Kim Metcalf for making the arrangements for the party!

A PHF represents a $1,000 donation to the Rotary International Foundation, a Charity Navigator Four-Star rated charity.  Founded in 1917 with $26.50, the R.I. Foundation was created to “do good in the world.”
