Dear Rotarians,
As we all know, the pandemic has not allowed us the same opportunities to have our traditional Scholarship Dinner Auction. We are resilient and able to adapt. After significant discussion and research we have decided to hold a Virtual On Line Auction to raise funds for our Scholarship Program. So we need ALL of your help.
There are multiple ways to support this worthwhile event:
Sponsorship-Sponsorships levels are Bronze-$250, Silver-$500, Gold-$750, Platinum -$1000. Sponsors will have their logo and a hyperlink to their website or Facebook page on our auction site.
Auction Item-donate an item for the auction
Monitory donation-either on the auction site or by submitting a check to our Club Foundation
Bid-this is the fun part!
Rotarians are expected to donate an auction item or $50. Monies collected will be used to purchase gift certificates or create baskets.
Please think of something you can provide for the Virtual Auction and give considerable thought to approaching family members or friends for items they may be able to donate. These items could be art, gift cards, wine, outdoor experiences, or services (such as art or cooking lessons, certificates for a massage, etc.).
To give you an idea of what type of items we are looking for, here is a list of categories:
Art (it comes in many forms)
Home Decor
Food and Spirits
In-home Dinners or Parties
