The Rotary Club of China Lake Charitable Foundation's annual Scholarship Auction and Dinner is scheduled for Saturday March 21st. This signature event is how we fund our scholarships for local High School Graduates.
Whether you are a regular attendee at our lunch meetings or someone who just enjoys being part of this amazing group of individuals, now is the time that you are expected to donate something to support our very meaningful event.
You may donate either a new and interesting item, basketful of fun, and/or tasty things, bottles of wine, etc., that the attendees would find exciting to bid on in the silent auction. Please, no art, used, old, or things of limited/specific personal taste. You might donate a special event/party you'll host that can be auctioned off in the Live auction portion of the evening OR you can donate a minimum of $100 to be used to purchase items for the auction.
Donations are due by lunch on Wednesday, February 25th! If you let me know in advance, Cyndy Noel or I can come by to pick up your donation.
There is a sign-up board at our lunch meeting where you can record your planned donation, or you can just reach out to Cyndy directly at 760-793-1164 with your choice of donation and she will coordinate the receipt of it with you and log it on the board.
