Rotarians in action !
Members of the Rotary Club of China Lake got up early this morning and hit the road as part of the State's Adopt-A-Highway program.
They filled 20 bags with refuse they collected from the margins of China Lake Blvd., aka Highway 178.
This is the first year of our new Rotary Service project, created, organized, and lead by Rotarian Linda McCauley.
With today's total, the Rotary Club of China Lake, thanks to Linda, has removed more than 70 bags of assorted garbage, ranging from wind blown paper, to wooden signs, metal pipes, and more.
