Friday Dinner - Bakersfield District Conference

District Conference Attendees - Thinking about making dinner reservations for Dinner Friday night?

Things downtown will fill up fast and experience has shown large tables of 8 or 10 diners can impact the service. Suggesting several tables of 4 or 6 at the same restaurant to ensure good service. This was sent to the folks in the club I know have registered for the District Conference. Add those who have registered that I missed. 


DAY ONE - Friday, October 2

2:00pm - 3:00pm - Registration Open • Marriott Bakersfield at the Convention Center - Don't forget to pick up your PASSPORT!

3:00pm - 4:00pm - District Business Meeting • Marriott Salon Ballroom

5:00pm - 6:30pm Reception at The Mark at the Park • 1923 19th Street - Join fellow Rotarians and guests for a casual reception which includes music, hors d’ oeuvres, a brief welcome, and a chance to mingle as you tour this amazing art gallery.

6:30pm - 9:30pm - Dinner on your own • Various locations downtown. 

9:00pm to 10:30pm - Governor’s Reception • Pool-side at the Marriott. Relax with your Rotary family and a night time snack.
