Matias is client services director at RISE. Rise is a local non-profit organization that supports victims/survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assaults. This is his job.... The way he got here is the story!

He received a standing ovation, before he was finished with his speech, at SLO Daybreak. The SLO Chamber breakfast was filled with 315 people, not one person will forget his story....
