Building Leadership Skills in Youth

Jennifer and Claudia are both Elementary School Principals (Academy of Technology and Leadership at Saticoy [ATLAS] and Camarillo Heights STEM Academy, respectively) with a passion for building leadership skills in youth. ATLAS was named a "Lighthouse School" this past year which puts it in the top 10% of Franklin Covey Leadership Schools worldwide. Part of being a Lighthouse School is mentoring other schools to build leadership capacity in their students as well. Jennifer and Claudia are excited to embark on this partnership to help Cam Heights get started with ‘The Leader In Me’ process to find the leader in every child!
