We aim to fulfill our vision by doing meaningful service,

 uniting members and volunteers to make a difference, by:

1. Increasing our impact by doing community projects, with the initial goal
               of doing one project per month by the third quarter of this year and thereafter.

  2. Increasing our reach by gaining five new members this year and there after

 

 3. Improving our members’ engagement by:                                                            
     – increasing member participation in projects,                                                   
      – having at least one family social activity per quarter by the third                   
         quarter of this year and thereafter, and                                                              
     – inviting more civic leaders to present at our meetings                                         

 

4. Becoming more adaptable to changes in the community and the                   
     membership, such as by trying different meeting formats, forming closer  
    relationships with the community organizations we serve, etc.
