Who Are We?

The Marysville Rotary Education Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation formed in 1996. As stated in the Foundation's Articles of Incorporation, the general purposes of the Foundation are to

...provide support, and promote general and vocational education and scholarships for the students in the greater Marysville area.

The Foundation fulfills these purposes by awarding secondary education scholarships and making education project grants in the community. 

The Foundation will consider grant applications focusing on such areas as primary or secondary education, adult literacy/numeracy and education, English as a second language and "at risk" or disadvantaged learners.

All donations are significant. The Foundation has developed and endowment fund that will draw interest and dividends. These earnings will then provide the scholarship funding for future generations. Outright gifts, annual donations, and bequests are options for giving. The rotary Education Foundation can provide donors with an advisor to help determine the best way for you to give. All donations can be confidential or public in manner. We welcome our community members to join in and help Rotary build a solid foundation for giving in the future.
