RYLA is life-changing—but we need your help to find the young leaders who will benefit from it most!
Each year, Rotary clubs across District 5050 sponsor young adults (ages 18-30) to attend RYLA, a powerful 4-day leadership program that transforms potential into action. This experience is designed for aspiring leaders, passionate advocates, and those who just need that extra spark to get more involved in their communities.
Many clubs have already committed financial support, but now we need YOU to help us recruit participants! Look to your local Rotaract clubs, the young professionals you interact with, or employees of businesses that support Rotary. These future leaders are all around us—they just need the right opportunity.
RYLA is more than a program—it’s a catalyst for change. It connects young adults with inspiring community leaders and with each other, equipping them with the confidence, skills, and network to make a real impact. By identifying and encouraging participants, you’re not just filling spots—you’re empowering the leaders of tomorrow.
