Rachel Horner, Board Member of the Imagine Children's Museum and Boeing Senior Manager spoke to our Club on Friday, February 11th about the expansion project going on at the Imagine Children's Museum and the Capital Campaign.  The Mission of the Museum is to utilize playful learning to enrich children's lives. Currently serving over 260,000 patrons and guests a year is the reason behind the expansion.
The expansion project will include three floors. The first floor is dedicated to the Woodlands Adventures Gallery and the Woodlands Canopy Gallery; Second Floor is dedicated to the Puget Sound Ecosystem and Creativity Central Gallery and the Third Floor is the Multi-Purpose Auditorium and Eating space.

Imagine Children's Library is grassroots 501 (c) 3 organization. In 2017 Imagine achieved American Alliance of Museums accreditation, the highest national recognition afforded the nation's museums. Donor levels for the Imagine Children's Museum Capital Campaign consist of seven categories and start at Visionaries as the top tier to Creators. How to give comes in many ways: Cash gifts; pledges; matching gifts; appreciated stocks, bonds and mutual funds, real estate; 72 and older donors and Charitable Remainder Trusts. Checks can be made payable to Imagine Children's Museum; for direct deposits or electronic funds transfer go to Peoples Bank, ABA #125104425, Account #6300832471 plus stock transfers.

Another tremendous program. Thanks Rachel.
