This Week's Meeting
This week's meeting will potentially include some Classifications Talks as well as an update about Corks & Kegs!

Thank you to everyone throughout the summer who helped with the table at the Farmers Market. We had a great response and possibly some new members to both our Club and the Interact Club.

The link to our YouTube Channel is now available on our website and our weekly bulletins. You can view recent online meetings. If you watch any of them, you can count it as a makeup. Just let our Secretary, Gary O'Rielly know.

Thank you to all of our sponsors this year. They are listed below. When you patronize them make sure to mention that you are a Lake Stevens Rotarian!

Farmers Market
The Farmers Market in downtown Lake Stevens involved our Club having a booth. Working the second shift was Scott Smith, Brian Rewis and Angie Hein. The first shift was manned by Gary O'Rielly and Lynda Routh. Free water on a sweltering day is extremely popular. Several individuals stopped by asking about membership in our Club during the first shift. This was the last time this year for our Club since Farmers Market ends this coming Wednesday, August 31st.  Fun time. Wonderful conversations and great watching Lake Stevens community members enjoying the market and North Cove Park. A big shout out to Jim Haugen for bringing the tent, cooler and Rotary supplies to us for set up.  Always on hand ready to help.
GolFun 2022
Our Club fielded two teams at the District 5050 GolFun tournament held at Homestead Farms Golf Course in Lynden on Friday, August 26th. This is the first time that we have had two foursomes competing in the tournament. Chris Vallo, Club President, his son Brad, Ron Rasmussen, President-Nominee and Gary O'Rielly, Club Secretary were one team, and the other team was Chris Jacobson, his nephew Lewis, Connor Davis, and Chad Pinkelman. No prizes for our two teams but a fun time playing golf, enjoying each other's conversations around the golf course and at dinner. Magnificent event for our Club and the District.
