On Wednesday morning, December 18th, County Councilman Sam Low sponsored a Proclamation honoring the life and community leadership of Terri Spencer for her efforts in Lake Stevens, Everett and Snohomish County on projects involving children and the Rotary Club of Lake Stevens. Pictured above is John Spencer with the Haugen family. The siblings included brother Jim and John Spencer & sister Pam. The family was pictured with all of the Snohomish County Council members after passage of the Proclamation. A very nice tribute. Thanks Sam for sponsoring this Proclamation.
