Surprise Birthday Celebration

Joyce Bell was given a surprise party Jan 25th in recognition of her birthday. At the end of the weekly Friday luncheon at the Lake Stevens Senior Center, family members, members of her staff, a few Rotarians and those seniors who stayed after lunch sang Happy Birthday, presented cards and flowers and enjoyed cake. A good time was had by all. Congratulations Joyce!
