Jennifer Fry, Second Half Map...."What's Next For You" spoke to our Club last Friday. What's Next For You is one of the most common questions asked before retirement. Yet, most of us have not considered or created a plan for what they'll do and how to live with meaning and purpose.

Jennifer spoke to our Club and encouraged us that there are five ways to get started. Start the dialogue now and engage trusted advisors as well as sharing your ideas for the future; create a transition plan-its never too early to consider "what's next"; discover your passion-are you putting something on hold; don't go cold turkey; and last stay connected, socially and professionally.

Retirement is changing. Over 10,000 baby boomers turn 65 every day. And, one million baby boomers are expected to live to 100. As a result, 50% say they will continue to work and 61% report they are feeling younger than their age. Baby boomers were those born between 1946 and 1964. There are 80 million baby boomers representing 29% of the population.
